Tropical Wholefoods has gained Ethical Accreditation

When the people behind Tropical Wholefoods lived in Uganda, the local farmers were always asking them how they could sell their fruits in Europe. So they began to experiment with sun-drying the fruits in solar dryers. All that was needed was sun, fruit and energy – of which they had plenty! They took their first sun-dried fruits back to England and sold them at markets. Harvested when fully ripe and immediately sun-dried, they had really full flavours, were 100 per cent pure fruit, and were free from all preservatives.
